We don’t rely on review sites because they try to scam us to pay them constantly, and so do the hackers/scammers who demand we pay them to “remove negative reviews”.
The vast majority of Negative Reviews about us are not real.
For many years, we here at Registration Pty Ltd have been blackmailed by scammers who state they are “pro negative-review removers” and they can “remove negative reviews” about us from websites such as Trust Pilot, Google Reviews and the absolutely atrocious “Product Review“.
The owners behind ProductReview also founded and owned HotelsCombined.com.au(.) It’s funny how Hotels Combined always had great reviews on ProductReview?
Businesses told news.com.au in 2018 that anonymous reviewers used the “Product Review” site to “blackmail” them for better deals; that listings appear without consent; that responding required a paid subscription, and that logos were used without permission. Internet Removals said it had 60+ clients with the same complaint about “Product Review”.
As for Trust Pilot, they’re even worse. They are a Danish company. Italy’s competition authority (AGCM) just fined them $7.5 million dollars in March 2026 for “unfair commercial practices”.
With Trust Pilot and Product Review, you cannot opt out. Anyone can create a profile of your company. Negative reviews land. Then we are blackmailed by scammers to “have them removed”. Meanwhile, the Trust Pilot and Product Review business model is you HAVE TO PAY to MANAGE THE FIRE and REMOVE FAKE REVIEWS that they host about you and your company.
Registration Pty Ltd REFUSES to pay these scam review sites, or the hacker/scammers, so, is it any wonder there are hundreds of negative reviews about us?
Here is an example (screenshots) that an email a hacker/scammer sent us, every day for weeks, during August/September 2026 (notice how they say they “spotted” this negative-review, but if you pay, it will be removed!):
With this above hacker/scammer, notice how he states “YOU ONLY PAY WHEN THE NEGATIVE REVIEW COMES DOWN”.
This is because THIS GUY WROTE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW IN THE FIRST PLACE. And he can EASILY DELETE IT from Trust Pilot or Product Review, once you have PAID HIS BLACKMAIL MONEY.
